Question:

Tips for high-fiber diet?

I'm on a new, healthy, high-fiber diet and I feel great after two or three days on the dietMy typical day's meal consists of a large bowl of high-fiber cereal for breakfast, soup, assorted nuts, and natural popcorn for lunch with plain yogurt w/ granola for dessertThen, for a mid-afternoon snack I may have a Yoplait whips or some cheeseThen, some whole wheat pasta with veggies and applesauce is a dinner favoriteI also drink about six glasses of waterBut I always feel hungry, any tips on filling high-fiber foods? Thanks )

Answer:

I have the 1 3/4 one and I love it, my work had the smaller one and I didn't like it, it took longer for me to straighten my hairSo get the bigger one(my hair is long though)
the smaller a flat iron is, the closer it gets to the roots, and the lesser it costsa wider one will save you time, but what if you decide to get bangs or get a shorter hair cut? then you will be sorry for getting the wide oneif you think you wouldnt be able to wake up earlier, and you wont get bangs or a supershort haircut , or dont have wavy hair at your roots then definitely get the wide one.
My daughter has the same problem, very curly/wavy hair. She,s had both, and it seems the ceramic worked better on her hair.Eventually she ended up shaving the back of her hair off and died the top Purple!! No Kidding.Right before Graduation Day! Boy did I hear it from her English teacher,
I use the extra-wide onemakes the process go a little quickerYou can straighten bigger sections at a timePlus, with the wider plate, it gets a little hotter, so the sections can be thicker too I think it's just a matter of personal preferencemine's the extra wide oneAnd if your hair is a bit on the waxy side, you might prefer it, too.
