I have successfully connected my PC and Samsung Conquer phone via the data cable and selected to put the phone in mass storage mode.Browsing the phone on my PC, I only see a handful of folders- none of which seem music-related.Is it a visibility issue? Do I need permissions or a special viewer on my PC to see the folder? Is it not there? Will one of the present folders work?Folders on my phone visible to my PC:.android_secure.downloadedTempAndriodDCIMDownloadLOST.DIR
It doesn't actually matter which folder you put it in. :) I made a new folder called media and put all my music in there but i guess you can if you want put it into DCIM, that folder is where all the pictures you take go.
