noticed a slight hole where greese its comign out.Very small.What does the boot kit do? replace boot rubber?Do i have to add greese afterwards?.Is this recommmended?im trying to save money so i dont have to replace the whole part
it must be brakes that are making the noise. the place ever replaced the 0.5 shaft, bypass back and have them look it over for the noise. it could be with regards to the artwork that became performed.
There are replacement boots that can be installed without removing the axle. Pack it with grease. Don't wait too long to do it or the CV joint will go bad. I have never installed one of these boots, so I don't know how well they work or how hard it is to do it.
