triceps workout, my elbow joint hurts?

whenever i do skull crusher exercise with dumbbells for working out my triceps i get a slight pain in my elbow joint. I googled and found out that it's better if pressure is not applied on that joint since it might get worse. i don't want to visit the doctor. i just wanna know EFFECTIVE alternative exercises WITH DUMBBELLS that i can do to work out my triceps instead of the skull crusher and they must not put any load on my elbow joint.And BTW does bicep curls workout your triceps in anyway? just curious.

It's normal.... You should use fish oil (omega 3) which helps and you will se (or not hear)xD results in 2-3 days!
Tennis elbow. Stop working out for a few days, maybe as long as two weeks.
It might not be the exact movement of the skill crusher that's causing the pain, but the weight. Try lowering it by a few lbs and see if that helps. Bicep curls work the triceps a tiny bit, but you can't properly train your triceps doing that move. Try extensions... standing up, with a dumbbell in your hands, lift your arms up and bend your elbows at your ear. Lift the dumbbell so your arms are fully extended (don't lock your elbows) and slowly lower down. Or kickbacks... get in a squat-like position, and extend your arms behind you (think you're a skiier). Or dips, which don't require any weights. Idk how to properly explain them, but google tricep dips.
