water math question?

Answer:

Not even close!! I don't think the Packers are even the best in the NFC. Even though they pretty much have the NFC North on lock right now, the rest of their schedule is tough to say the least. Especially with the Vikings at home in the Metrodome. The Lions are nothing to gawk at either. Besides Roger's numbers haven't been nearly what they were a year ago and they have lots of injuries. They are definitely going to make the playoffs but the best in the NFLis a total stretch at best. Right now I think there are three main contenders for the best in the NFL, the Giants, Steelers, and Patriots. Manning has been killing it lately. The Steelers' defense is brutal and you can never count out Ben. Despite the loss last week against the Browns the Pats are definitely the team to beat in the AFC.
No. Because you have only been there for 6 weeks or so you are yet to qualify for protection under the Family Medical Leave Act, so you being fired was perfectly legal, even if it was because of the pregnancy. So no, this is not a law suit waiting to happen.
I lived in Alaska for 4 years; I would probably recommend Anchorage. You have a lot more choices just in terms of shopping, eating out, things to do, and so on than living out in the bush. Until you've been there, you REALLY can't conceive of how isolated Alaska is from everything else that you take for granted living in The Lower 48, as they say. Be prepared for most major purchases (appliances, TV, furniture) taking an additional two weeks to be shipped up from Seattle when you're trying to furnish your home. Also, make sure that your vehicle (if you're shipping it up) is prepared for the cold winter get an engine block heater installed in your car at the very least, and invest in some high-quality all-weather tires (or plan on buying a set of studded tires that you can swap out in the winter there'll be black ice on the roads for six months out of the year). Half the state's population lives there, so there's far more opportunities in terms of employment as well. Also, the lower latitude and proximity to the ocean means that the winters are much milder than, say, Fairbanks or Palmer.
