It was soldered before. I tried to resolder it, but could not due to some reason. Is there any cement that I can place around the joint that is strong enough to hold water pressure in the pipe?
Some idiot architect placed the detector outside my kitchen door. I have to close it before I even turn the oven on.
Hopefully you're in northern or central Florida, and they don't do so well in southern Florida. Too hot. But blackberries are perennial, so once established, they should produce and spread for years. Generally, berries are ready to harvest in May and June in Florida. Planting when it's not blazing hot out is the best time to put them in. December through February is the most popular time to try and establish blackberries. But now is good, too. The closer you get to hot weather, the harder it is to give them a good start. Try some of the cultivars listed here, which will be better adapted to Florida's warmer environment (via University of Florida): edis.ifas.ufl.edu/hs104
It's not crazy at all and it's a move I would make. Schaub fully silenced the doubters with last Sunday's performance in a must win game. He's also throwing to the most underrated wide receiver in football and has a good running game. The number one reason you should start him though is because's playing the LIONS!!! Any QB against the Lions is a good play, especially one that likes to throw it around the way Schaub does. I would expect multiple TD's and over 300 yards this Sunday for Schaub. Jay Cutler, on the other hand, has come back to Earth a little bit. He's still a great QB and a solid fantasy starter but I dont expect him to continue putting up the numbers he did earlier in the season. Also, he's on the road at New England and while the Patriots dont exactl;y have the best D in the world, it's a lot better than the Lions. There's an old saying in fantasy football that says you should never bench your studs but I would ignore it in this scenario and start Schaub.
