Sam's club doesn't balance tires. I'd stay away from them. Go with Bridgestone or a local tire shop.
Try your local junkyard for used tires. Call around. Also, my town has used tire stores. Worth a shot If your thinking new, try BJ's warehouse, or something similar. They usually have the best prices, unless a auto parts store like pep-boys has a buy 3 get one free deal going on which they usually do.
