You need to go to Hobby lobby or call a head of time and ask them. If anyone knows it is them, or call an Art shop much more expensive but if they have the answerOnce you find out what it is and what it is called you can surf the internet for it cheaper. My girl friend uses it but she doesn't answer the phone so I don't know what to tell you. Sorry
OSHA may have issues with not providing gloves, the health department may have issues with lack of soap. Nobody cares if you have to wear plastic bags, there is no requirement for aprons at all, and certainly no need for a specific type of plastic protection. Of course complaining about any of these issues could very well get you fired. You can request an OSHA inspection anonymously, you can probably do the same with a Health Department inspection. Bitching about the plastic bags would not be a career enhancing move.
Make sure the new battery is good by trying it in something else. It may be a battery backup in case the power goes out. Make sure the connections are clean and free of corrosion. Check your breaker panel to make sure no breakers are tripped. If you have the means, check for power at those wires. Then again it may just be a bad smoke detector and needs to be replaced.
