I need a vacuum cleaner that can clean pet messes such as urine, but also clean human messes such as rice vegetables and dirt, I don't want a too heavy vacuum it has to be pretty light but powerful and from 60 to a little over a 100 dollars, thank you :)

Urine? You should not be cleaning up Urine with a regular vacuum, for that you should use a carpet cleaner or a shop vac Edit: So you're looking for something to pick up both wet and dry messes? In that price range the best you could do is a shop vac.
