Been at it for a day and a half now, and all this meat/fish and nothing else is uhcausing problems with digestion, if you catch my meaningI ate a prune, and am regretting it, because I know they have lots of carbs?What are some high fibre foods?
i'm on atkins induction as well for one week so far :) and lost 10 lb these are the veggies that still keep me loosing and keep me from constipation: -brocolli (but not too much, palm sized) -asparagus (at least 4) -lettuce -parsley and i binge drink on waterdrink constantly even though you're not thirstyit flushes the toxins as welltake a sip after every 3rd bites when eatingP.Si disagree with the flaxseeds, i was gonna get some of those while i was on a atkins grocery shopping (lol) and checked the nutrition sectionyes its high in fibre but high in carbs as welli would save the flaxseeds till phase 2 or 3good luck!
