What are the four stages of fire?
If there is a pool in your area, my recommendation is water running. Whether it's shallow enough at both ends where you can run without needing a flotation vest (most pools have them for patrons to use) or there is a shallow and deep end, it is low impact, but you can get a solid workout in, while building up to a solid 30 minute workout. It takes time to sculpt areas of the body, so have patience with any activity/activities you do.
A school principal has even more powers than a policeman when it comes to searching a persons belongings, lockers, books, Yes, students' cell phones would be included. Anything that affects the learning and teaching in the school can and will be dealt with by the school principal. I don't know whether cell phones in the hands of students is prohibited in your school, school district, or state, but some states and school districts do not allow the students to have cell phones in school because it takes away from the time devoted to education. Please get a copy of the students handbook in your school to verify that. Talk to the counselor or the assistant principal if you don't find a student handbook. Good luck. The answers to the three questions you asked are as follows: The school principal cannot be fired or sued for doing his or her job. Money damages are not awarded in school-related law suits unless a tragedy has occurred and the school is held to be responsible. Good Luck.
This is probably not going to help much, as I recall thinking it was not very helpful when someone said it to me: sometimes they just have to adjust to the flow. I remember thinking that she was never going to be able to keep up with my fire hose spray, but now we are at almost a year and still going strong. I had issues with oversupply up to 4 months, and even a couple of weeks ago was getting uncomfortably engorged when she went through a growth spurt. Keep up the good work, you two will figure it out :)
