What are the LED patch bands, single panels and double panels? What's the difference between them?

Answer:

The difference between single and double sided panels is that the single panel is the PCB board. Only one side has circuitry. The double panel is the top and bottom of the substrate. In the application of the light belt, the substrate material is the same, the function is to link the electronic components as required, and to become a complete PCB, to achieve the required functions.
Refers to the circuit board attached to the lamp. The single panel has a copper wire on one side, and the double panel is on either side of the 2. Materials are generally better on both sides. Some of the panels are cheap flame retardant panels with superior electrical performance. Heat dissipation. High cost.
There are many types of PCB boards, but common ones are single panels and double sided panels. A single panel is a circuit with copper plating only on one side of the board, and there are both sides of the double sided board, but the circuit on both sides can be connected by passing through the hole so that the board becomes a complete circuit.
