If its acrylic then the epoxy cause crazy glue has trouble unless its farily porus plastic. I'd personally use JB weld found at most hardware stores. JB really strengthens and hardens like a real weld! You would break whats glued before you break the glue

I build boats, and the only concern I would have is that what ever you epoxy with this stuff, you will never get apart again You put this stuff on - it is never going to come off and what ever you have glued together with it is forever. I guarantee you that glued joint will far out last your fog light system and your truck. There are two theories on the flexible issue I personally don't want my boat epoxy to flex, as it is the flexing that causes those tiny little hair line cracks, and eventually compromises the vessel. But I can tell you this, if you are gluing that light on with boat resin epoxy - your bumper will fail before the epoxy will fail. John
You are not going to find a product that will work as you hope. Different rates of expansion and contraction of dissimilars - metal to plastic. You might get fast cure 5200 made by 3M to work for awhile but it to will fail in time if you are just trying to adhere metal bolts to plastic.
