My hair is very dry and a bit frizzy. I'm African-American and like most women I get my hair relaxed. I use Botanical No-Lye Relaxer for coarse hair. But even after I get my hair relaxed my hair is still dry, a little frizzy, coarse and a little stiff. I've tried everything:using no-frizz mousse, snipping my ends, using moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, using Infusium23 moisture formula and the frizz leave-in conditioner formula. But it still won't act right. I've heard of some people using a Lye relaxer and getting silky positive results, but my Mama and Grandmama are skeptical and all their negativity has made me skeptical. Not to mention that because of my hair length it would take 50 dollars to get a professional to do it (my mom went to hairschool but I don't think she knows how to apply a lye relaxer because she refuses). Tell me what should be done about my hair, because I'm sick of flat-ironing it after every wash.
because the center of the universes circumference would be BILLIONS UPON BILLIONS OF LIGHT YEARS.. Just to give you a bit of persepective. The found out the earth was round by noticing that the ships on the horizon dissappeard after about 200 miles. the mast would drop below the horizon. thats how shallow the curve is 100 feet in 200 miles. something like that Im not sure if i got the mast height corrrect..
You are locking your arm? I hope not! I have found there are some places that teach little about hip rotation and others that kind of teach it but for some reason think it comes from twisting your foot (squash the bug) like. Both of those are wrong. Hip rotation and retraction via reverse hip rotation is where your power comes from. Stopping short kills the power. I suggest you get a good instructor.
