What can i use to resemble this item?
You aren't doing anything wrongYou simply don't know what a home-baked cheesecake is suppose to taste likeYou are conditioned to over sweetened, extra flavoured, commercial cheesecakesThe issue isn't the cream cheeseIt's that you are expecting it to taste like a commercial cheesecake.
The first thing that comes to mind is a pie plate - but obviously, that's hollowIs there a reason you cannot have it hollow? Will you be able to actually see the bottom on the application you're using? If not, maybe the solution is to rig a base, perhaps an aluminum tube or a piece of wood or something and use some sort of epoxy to connect the two Further, although it wood be some work, maybe you could use the same suggestion above but have circles of tin cut out in the same diameter of the pie plate edges, and glue the two together with some sort of support in the middle of the two Knowing your application may help in receiving answers:)
You need to check the procedure and the quantity of the items you are adding.
I suggest that you are so used to the supermarket inferior cheesecakes that you don't recognize a really great homemade one, which do taste different than commercial cheese cakeEDIT: I also agree with plumdumpling.cream cheese is NOT vile at all.however, if you don't like it at all, I don't see how you can eat cheese cake because cheese cake is, at its most simple, flavored baked cream cheese.
Maybe you just don't like cheesecake.
