You can rephrase this to potential employers as a mismatch for youyou did not feel suited to that jobtoo bad if you are applying for the same kind of work, but you apparently didn't do well with it! They will check with your prior employerbest to have a reference to avoid thatbut, they can't say anything too bad about you. That depends on what you mean. City codes can not undo the state prohibition on parking within 15 feet. But city codes could ADDITIONALLY prohibit parking within, say, 25 feet. Sure.
