Everyday around the same time. I get a call from ADT picking up a burglar alarm. They tell me that the doors have not been opened. They are just picking up motion in my living room. Its always around 1pm - 2 pm during the week. Everyday. Do I need to get a tech to come out and check my system?

In the Middle East, you would probably be seated on cushions. A double-deck queen-sized air mattress could also seat at least four people in comfort.
Chances are, the chemical you inhaled was carbon dioxide. A bit depends on the type of extinguisher; I've seen old ones that contained carbon tetrachloride. Carbon dioxide is not what you want to breathe in all the time but I don't think that it caused anyone any problems.
