Question:

what did she mean silk is a 'soft' yarn?

if i got told that silk is a 'soft' yarn, does that mean that it is supple and so when made into fabric it will have really good drape, or does it mean that the yarn is soft to touch?thanks heaps ]

Answer:

call the board of health and move out asap you have encountered a slumlord
I live in PA and have had similar problemsIknow here that a tenant can open an Escrow AcctThat gives you the ability to make rental payments to the account until problems are fixedWhat this means is that by law u r making payments w/o breaking the lease until the issues are taken care ofIf that doesn't work, try contacting your county housing authority, but that may not want to help you (Gov't Office)The other option is to take them to courtGood Luck!!!!!
SOME SILK IS STIFF ( LIKE THAI SILK) IT IS BEAUTIFUL IN IT'S IREDESCENT COLOR - BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE A SOFT DRAPE AND DOES''T MOVE WELLIF YOUR SILK HAS A SOFT YARN - IT DOES MEAN IT WILL BE SUPPLE AND BE SOFT TO TOUCHSILK IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL AND STRONG FABRIC, I JUST LOVE IT! SILK VELVET IS MY FAVORITE! TALK ABOUT A GOOD DRAPE!!!!!
