What do you call that piece/part of the gun that locks the barrel together with the rest?

Sorry im inexperienced and have no idea what certain parts are called. Its the little tiny locking piece that locks the gun together. What is it called?

Answer:

If you mean sprinting on a track, you should go for spikes. They are shoes with small spikes, just like studs, but smaller. They go into the track material, and provide more grip. DON'T run on the road with them, though. And although barefoot running is better for us, that is only for long endurance races, so spikes are your best bet. If on grass, use your football boots if muddy, and you could use barefeet for not too muddy grass.
Yes you can from BO But i find it louder Than the old type but the advantage is that it don't keep going off when you are cooking.
