My Lincoln 1994 Continental has flunked inspection twice and no one can fix it so it passes.
Shock absorbers, among other things. I had a Lincoln that also had problems with them (some of the models have an air shock problem that routinely occurs). Try going to Midas Muffler. There might also be a way of replacing the air shocks with standard shocks, which would be less expensive.
