Question:

what effect does both sway bars broken have on a cars front tires wearing?

after i bought a 2007 Elantra the left sway bar broke ,they fixed it ,then right one broke, but ever since both front tires are wearing very bad especially the right on ,what could be going on?

Answer:

Any time the suspension system is adjusted or tampered with; You need a wheel alignment done. Does this help any?
Usually sway bars do not cause tire wear. Sway bars control Vehicle lean when cornering. To be honest if they are breaking that easy, you need to check other things. This usually means that something is cause the side of the car to sag, and when weight is applied, its causing that sway bar to be over extended, breaking it. i would check that upper and lower ball joint. That would be my best guess. Then look at tie rod ends, make sure none of the rubber on all these is ripped. Sway bar links do not make the tire lean, are a pivot point, or effect anything other than vehicle lean, so that's outa the question. i was a mechanic, and i saw people leave them broke, and not to mention a lot of cars do not even have sway bars.
Honestly, I don't think so
Blasphemer, how dare you go against the word of a fictional character made up 5000 years ago to unite sheep and goat farmers into a coherent nation
