Alright, I have been taking some soluble fibre supplement (The recommended amount for my age).I just cannot get this question out of my head, what if you mixed a large amount of soluble fibre supplement with water and drank it.Would you die? Would you crap constantly for the next few weeks? If a guy who weighed like 500 pounds lose weight if he had a cup of it? (I'm not 500 pounds btw, 190)
No, you would probably become constipated or have diarrhea depending on how much you ateYou wouldn't loose any significant weight either, it would mostly be water weight, fiber helps move food through your body, but the weight loss associated with that is usually nonexistent or minimal as most people get enough daily fiber in their diet anyway Fiber absorbs water and pushes food down, so if you ate too much it could clog up your intestine or you could just have diarrhea.
Okay this is my meatloaf, it's AWESOME for 30 people I don't know but take all the ground beef add a loaf of fresh bread torn into pieces (this will create a marble effect in the meatloaf, kind of like in a really good steak, and will cut down on the grease at the bottom of the pan) add, I don't know 5 or 6 eggs a head of fresh minced garlic two tubes of ritz crackers (generic is fine) salt to taste pepper to taste and (this is important) a LOT of Old Bay seasoning for 20-30 pounds I'd say at least a good half of a can of it (I don't know what it does to the meatloaf but it makes it incredible, It gives a warm heady spice smell to it) for the topping I slice thick beefsteak tomatoes until they cover the topI bake it for 45 minutes to an hour until it's almost done and the tomatoes are caramelized, and then I spread tomato ketchup over the top of that and put it back in for about fifteen minutesThe topping is thick and pretty and very satisfying feel free to tweak it all you want.
