I cannot afford a dyson vacuum. Would like to spend under $100.00
ignore the vacuum air purifier - it is going to finally scratch your floor to bits. safeguard a dampened wascloth on your broom instead (via ability of a hair bobble or rubber band) sweep over the floor and convey jointly all the dirt and hair with out blowing it everywhere. i got here upon this to be a plenty greater ordinary technique and greater thorough too. try it.
If you are talking strictly hard flooring a shop vac would be ideal i would use a bag in it though it does create less maintenance in the long run due to the bag having a larger filtering area i would probably go with an allaround model due to their smaller size then i would pick up a quality hard floor tool i like anything made with horsehair stiff enough to remove the dust but soft enough not to scratch
You should be able to find one at Target. I use a shop vac when necessary. Most of the time I just dust mop. Have you considered one of those electric floor sweepers?
Hoover, Eureka, Shopvac all have options in that price range.
