what is 32 bit windows card reader driver, do i need that on my computer?

i have some how 2010 security program coming up and i suspect that this was coz the 32 bit windowscard reader driver

you need card reader driver if You have card reader on your computer. if you install it and you doesn't have a card reader, it won't do anything wrong. but if you have card reader and you don't install it, your card reader won't work.
