Question:

What is a good theme for my son's 2nd b-day?

What is a good theme for my son's 2nd b-day?

Answer:

no just real sensitive gears
Yes. Many components can cause the transmission to slip out of gear, including the shifting linkage, the shifting mechanism, shift forks, the detent, the shift drum, a worn main, countershaft splines, gear dogs and the gears themselves.
I have sportlines on my 03 GT, and yes, you will scrape on some of the taller speed bumps if you try to go over them head on, going over them at a bit of an angle seems to help. Overall it's not too bad. I have camber plates, and have no issues with alignment or excess tire wear, and thanks to some adjustable struts/shocks, my car tends to oversteer rather than understeer. The ride is very stiff however, but if I wanted a smooth ride, I would've bought a town car.
AS STATED BY OTHERS, there are many things that can cause it. It can ALSO be caused by NOT getting it solidly in gear, and/or accidentally bumping the shift lever when you hit these bumps, thereby knocking it out of gear. (Most riders let their foot ride the shifter as they go up/down through the gears.)
