Question:

What is Teflon graphite stick for?

What is Teflon graphite stick for?

Answer:

Graphite can improve the wear resistance, thermal conductivity, self lubrication, electrical conductivity, heat resistance and deformation of polytetrafluoroethylene. With the application of high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other environments, in addition to food, insulation, oxidant environment, graphite modified (enhanced filled PTFE) can PTFE can be used instead of the original environment.
Should be called graphite modified (reinforced, filled) PTFE bar, rod profiles are used for processing fine size parts. The material is made from polytetrafluoroethylene and reinforced with graphite reinforcing agent (or carbon fiber).
