I am planning a trip through Mexico and I want to rig a car alarm that can deter and disable both theft and carjacking. If a carjacker wants me car, well fine, I will toss him the keys but I want a system that I can activate when he is out of range that will disable the car and preferably make a brain splitting noise inside that will make him flea. Which alarm is best for this?
Mexico is in almost anarchy/leaving a car alone with or without an alarm is foolish at best/they pop the hood and stuff the alarm and steal the whole shebang/if you show up they have lookouts that will smash you or shank you or shoot you/very few cops venture out at night because of this/Aint like the usa where you have 911 and somebody shows up/usually the police are locked in for the night/advice---make sure the car is at a hotel indoor parking or keep driving/those guys will be selling the parts to garages 15 min after they take it
Go to a car alarm/car audio shop. Tell them what you want in your car alarm setup and they can most likley do it. Thats what I did.
