Question:

What is the colorless, odorless fluid my elderly dog seems to discharge when she sleeps?

I've noticed when my dog gets up from her bed, that there is a wet spot there. She sometimes licks her paws, so I figured it was from that. But twice I've had her up in my bed and found the same small wet spot and it's not from licking. There is no odor, or color. It's not urine. I thought maybe from an anal gland, but that stuff smells. Does anyone know what this is, and if I should get her to the vet tomorrow, or invest in rubber sheets?

Answer:

In short - reflectors do not work. Read more on the link below from the late master - Sheldon Brown.
there is alot of work in painting a floor, floor has to BE CLEAN ALL HOLES HAVE TO BE FILLED, all loose paint has to come off, make sure you prime before you paint, HAVE FUN
there is a good rubber based paint which is good for concrete i would get a high pressure steam machine and clean it up really good once it drys good.. mite even sweep it good as well.. then use a roller and apply the paint, let it dry for at least 2 days before you walk on it temperature is an issue.. im sure its posted on the paint label
