It's too bad u don't know the model of your V-star, would make sooo much easier. sometimes these bearing are Dealer or Special ord from bearing house
Its seems your worried about getting new bearings. Just get the s/n of the bike and call any Yamaha dealer and tell them what u want, they ask for s/n and then they will get the proper bearing for u.Very simple
You can pull the bearings and take the numbers off of them or take the (cleaned up) bearings into any bearing retailer and get new ones from your favorite manufacturer. You don't need the part number, you need the bearing number. That number is universal and will get you the correct bearing regardless of manufacturer. Or you can go on over to the V-star forum and look through their archives - search for wheel bearings. I'm sure someone has the bearing numbers for your bike as well as special procedures to make it easier to replace the bearing on your bike. Each wheel set seems to have some special quirks to it.
