I live in Pittsburgh, I lived here my whole life and I hate Pittsburgh. I want to go somewhere that is sunny all the time with a beach and just beautiful. Anyways I am wondering if the Real Estate Business in California is good, because I would like to get into Real Estate business. Any specific areas where its boomin? Please let me know Thank you.

the guy above me is a very good answer. one thing you MUST keep in mind, to RENT is VERY high in san francisco, los angeles, and sandiego, you might find cheaper places in like riverside california or san bernardino, but it also gets super hot there too.
I stay in l. a., went to college close to San Francisco, and have visited san diego some circumstances... I say San Francisco because of the fact that's the main unusual looking, has unique human beings, and has a physically powerful night existence. San Diego is sparkling yet kinda boring looking. l. a. is a cesspool, do not comprehend why human beings like it plenty. respectable night existence however.
