You may be talking about an AS seen on TV product from years ago that used a foil that went into a tub, then you poured a special solution into the tub place your silverware into the tub as wellIt turned out that the foil really was common household aluminum foil, the special solution was common everyday household productsI think it was vinegar, water or something like thatAnyway, it wasn't long before everyone caught on that everything you needed to do this was already in their homes, didn't need to be bought from these guys so they essentially dissappeared from the market place as far as I knowThe ironic part is that I have seen it done ( a long time ago with common products tin foil) it actually worksBut I don't remember the exact products or mixture so I will have to leave it up to someone else to add the missing details.
