What is your favorite recipe using 3 or more Fresh Herbs?

I know what mine is, but I'm looking for new ideas? I'd love to use as much of my Herb Garden before Fall sets in and they begin to fade awayI have Sweet Basil, Purple Basil, Chives, Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, Flat Leaf Parsley.I know its small, but it's on my second floor patioSo, any recipes or ideas are most welcome and appreciated! I enjoy both packet potatoes and herbed rice using whatever herbs strike me from my herb gardenAlso I love adding the basil, chives and parsley (flat leaf or curly) to cucmber tomato salad done in a vinegar sugar waterPacket Potatoes are done in heavy duty aluminum foil on the grill, but could be done in a skillet on the stoveBasically, they're just home fries but they taste so good steamed together on the grill! Pell and thinly slice some potatoes (if they're large diameter, then cut lengthwise in half or quarters)Slice an onion in quarter moon slicesGrease large sheet of foil with bacon fat (or oil) and put down half of the potatoes and half the onionSprinkle with 1/2 the chopped herbs you decide to useI use basil, oregano, thyme, sage, chives and parsley normallySprinkle with a little seasoned salt and some fresh cracked pepperRepeat steps using the rest of ingredientsFold up foil to make a packetI normally put this on the grill when I first fire it up and then turn the packet over when I think I'm about 10 minutes away from finishing whatever meat and veggies we're also grillingHerbed Rice - just add lots of chopped fresh herbs, some paprika and a little bouillon to your water and then cook like regular steamed rice.
