i personaly like bones reds
dont let price fool you, reds bearings work well for a pretty inexpensive price
all skateboard bearings will work, any swiss rated bearing will work best, they'll last longer and ride smoother. abec isn't a true rating for skate bearings so you cannot really go by that, abec 3's could be better than abec 7's you just never know what you're going to get. I like all bones brands even their cheaper reds are great. Any swiss brand is good.
