No sorry, the reason you can connect to the internet using your phone is because your phone is the thing that connects to the internet, not the SIM card. SIM cards store the service-subscriber key (IMSI) used to identify a subscriber; basically they are the things that charge you for calls, not the things that make calls, or use the internet. They are just a unique number for your phone to be identified and charged for calls, texts etc. Sorry :(
