I dipped a bunch of those stick pretzels in carmel and let them cool on wax paperI just keep braking them trying to get them off the paperwhat did I do wrong, or what should I have put them on?? What about after I dip them in chocolate?

the wax paper has a thin layer of wax on it which melts when hot food is placed on iti suggest using aluminum foil or parchment paper sprayed well with a nonstick spray.
