What kind of blade should I use to cut 3/4" x 3/4" square aluminum tubing in a chop saw (miter saw)?
Either 40 or 80 tooth blade will work wellJust make sure to cut it slowly because if you try to cut it too fast, the blade may grab the material and either jam it in the saw, or throw it in the air.
