i stay in the garage that turned into a room.Theres no sheetrock on the ceiling and theres half an inch of Insulation Sheeting but it still gets really hot.i have an AC but theres alot of heat comming from the ceiling.im going to home depot in a week.do i need more Insulation sheets? and what kind , and how thick, thanks
