Answer:

energy 1/2 mV^2 Power.time V^2 2/m.power.time 2/(3.2102).(4102).t (2/3.2)4t (8/3.2)t and v d/t V^2 d^2/t^2 and V^2 (8/3.2)t d^2/t^2 (8/3.2)t^3 d^2 (10)^2 100 t^3 (3.2100)/8 320/8 40 t 3.42 seconds
It needs to be Aluminum Oxide paper, not Garnet PaperGo to an Auto Body Supply ShopThe grit all depends on what you are doingIf the body is straight and you are prep'ing it for most paints then you need to sand with a 220 and then a 320Don't use anything too fine otherwise the paint has no way of gripping to the baseIf you are going with a lacquer then you need to go finer since the sovent in the paint melts into the lower levels.
