If you're in Philippine soil, there are a lot of Black PVC Pipes but UPVC is much better (orange) for sewer or drain use.
Take a shower and while your hair is still wet scrunch it with some mousse or gelfinally add lots of spray to make sure it doesn't go limp.
I work in a costume rental shop and we run across this all the time. For the pants, turn up the hem and safety pin in place. For the gloves, maybe wear a second pair underneath, maybe rubber gloves? Perhaps put bandaids over your fingers to provide some kind of grip to keep the gloves on?
