What practice assumes that all blood and certain body fluids pose a risk for transmission of HBVand HIV?

Answer:

I agree! I was in 7-11 the other day and some guy came in and pulled out a fire extinguisher and asked for all the money in the till. I was so scared! I was for shure that he was gunna pull the saftey pin out of the handle and just start spraying it around!
Absolutely! Where do I sign up as I feel strongly that we clearly do not already have enough laws on the books with all these extinguishers running around ready to go off!! Lets go!!
WOW you have a point. I guess we don't have a God given right to exist or protect ourselves and the sanctity of life. Obama will now go after the fire extinguishers and call it the AFEB(Assault Fire Extinguishers Ban) All fire extinguishers will have limited capacity magazines and no evil features.
Get some extra wheels with winter tires, tire technology has advanced quite a bit in the last 10 years or so, winter tires make it possible for RWD coupes and sedans to stay safe in the winter.
I believe you are correct, we need to begin a campaign to eliminate this dangerous hazard from all our homes. In fact, who ever though keeping a high pressure cylinder of compressed gas and powder in the home? This is a terrible idea. What if our children get a hold of one? Could we be held responsible? I stand beside you in the fight to eradicate these dangerous and obtrusive items from our homes. We must all lobby our legislators to support extinguisher control. There may be benefits to having these items around, but the danger is just too great. These red tubes of death must be kept out of the hands of common people and children. Only pyromanics and trained firefighters can have them.
