Question:

What's a better insulation for a jacket?

i'm deciding between two north face jackets, one having an insulation of 200 g fleece, and the other 100 g heatseekerwhich insulation is warmer?

Answer:

Raspberries are especially good, 8 grams of fiber per cup, all berries are good fiber sources though 4-8 gramsApples have 5 grams eachBroccoli, dark greens, asparagus, are all good vegetable choices - low in calories/carbs and high fiber.
green leafy vegetables are high in fiber, as well as calcium and other vitaminsLettuce, spinach, collard greens, broccoli, etcGrapefruit is also high in fiber Just remember if you are dieting to keep portions in mind1 cup of raw, 1/2 cup cooked 1 serving of vegetables
Spinach is my favorite! And if you can't avoid the carbs, the best thing is to get a fiber supplement to mix into water, they aren't so bad and they don't have carbs or calories!
What exactly is a heatseeker? I'd say fleeceI worked in a fabric store and I've worn leather gloves with fleece lining, (called thinsulate) not expensive so called cashmere which is thin and rips easily fabric.
