I want to be able to go to a web site and turn my lights on and off, maybe se a camera of what's going on, control the heat and more. What's the best solution.
It was but they tweaked it a couple of years ago, not sure of were it ended up though.

I'm assuming you're talking about a pass receiver. A kick receiver is different. In NCAA rules if there is not contact there is no foul In NFHS rules this is called face guarding and is a Pass Interference foul. I believe that the NFL rule is most similar to the NCAA rules based on a study done by the NFL which categorized the types of pass interference. All of them required contact.
