I bought a nintendo wifi USB connector because I have a wireless router.I installed it but in my DS it says again no compatible access point in range.Why?If you have the USB connector and a wireless router it will work without an Access Point.What should I do?? Must I buy the Access Point or not??Please help!!!!10 points!!!!
When you choose Nintendo WFC Settings or whatever it is in your game, then choose Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Settings, choose to Connect to your Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector. Do this only after you plug the Wifi USB connector to your computer with internet access. It should detect your Wifi USB connector. As for your router, maybe it doesn't support wireless-b signals. the DS uses 802.11b wifi signals, maybe your router only emits 802.11g signals. You can check the settings of your router if you knowto access the router.
