The lowest temperature it has is 50 degrees but right now it's at 100 and it's off and has been for awhile. is this bad?

I think a simple suit would work. Definitely not the polo and slacks. But don't overdress here. You already know what they wear on a daily basis, so don't show up dressed for a formal dinner. Assess what you have and how it might look in that setting. Then believe you have already aced this interview. Again here, do not be arrogant, but warm and confident. If you don't feel it, fake it. It will carry across to the interviewer and convince you that you are confident, too. Also, no lying. It always comes out later anyway.
