ok i just went to walmart to look for nylon chiffon so i could make a pettiskirti was told this would not fray so i should use it, i bought what said 100% nyloni am almost done and now it is starting to fray, what did i get? or is it just walmart fabric? any help is appreciatedi went to walmart because that is the closest place that carries fabric without having to drive an hourthanks
