nicely, in view that no human being else reported it... you may rule out growing something yet mushrooms contained in the darkish. solar is better, yet many flora improve nicely in offices with purely florescent gentle.
indoor plants do very well w/artificial light -- outdoor plants can be either full/partial natural sunlight.
Plants grow really great in fluorescent lighting area.Take my word for it.
If articifial light is used properly and you use grow lights (which emit light in the spectrum plants need most) a plant cannot tell the difference between photons coming from the sun or from a tube or bulb. Outdoors a plant might do better but it's not necessarily because of the light. They may get better temperatures or fresher air or proper moisture, etc.
