Question:

what was this woman wearing and why-today I saw a women in public wearing a tinted face shield other than that she looked healthy and normal?

she was dressed in normal casual summer attire, shorts and a sleeveless shirt with her kid but she had this face shield on kind of like a welder helmet I watched her pull it up slightly when she got into her suv she wasn't disfigured or anything

Answer:

they don't have helicopters that have fire hoses or carry that much water. Put your hand over a candle and feel the heat and updraft. Add smoke, heat and violent updraft. The helicopter would be blind, breathing in smoke and fighting a hot updraft. They had a better chance of crashing and making it worse. They know how to make tall buildings but there is no technology for getting people out in mass from a building that has a fire on several floors covering the entire floor.
NO TIME - That is the simple answer. If the fire had gone on for hours and hours then maybe you have a point, but these are the facts. ONLY ONE FIREFIGHTER MADE IT TO THE FLOORS WHERE THE FIRE WAS. He called out instructions for setting up two hoses to attack the fire - that radio message was his last because the tower collapsed. 2) The fact is helicopters are effected by winds - the Fire itself can create a windstorm and cause updrafts and down drafts that would have made it hell to try and fly a copter close enough to get water in windows, and dropping the massive amounts that they use on forest fires could have killed those you wish to rescue or even hasten the eventual collapse.
Are you so much of a noob, that you don't even know how to phrase a question? WHAT IS YOUR DAMN QUESTION? All you did was state that you are rebuilding an engine. SO WHAT?
Planes outfitted with fire retardent chemicals were too dangerous to use, mixed with the toxic materials that combusted inside the building. Maybe there is no such aerial equipment in existence that could have flown through that dust and spray water into the building.
There are not many helicopters equipped to carry fire fighting water in the East. There are some in the West to fight fires in wilderness and national park areas. I doubt they would have made a difference in such a situation though. The smoke from the planes kept the helicopters from being able to get close to the building. You need to research the report by one helicopter which got fairly close, but not close enough to help. It is horrible, they could see the people at the windows but couldn't help them.
