Sometimes included in happy meals and the like. Had some sort of device that would slide back and forth inside it making the sound. Sounded like: oooooooaaaaaaaahhh lt;turn overgt; aaaaaooooohhhhh*Note* I need the name!lol.
They are called groan tubes.
