We are turning a third of the shed into a bedroom, and need to know what a good insulation would be, that is both cheap and soundproofing, because we have the biggest pricks as neighboursAlso, i like to make lots of noise ect.But as its a tin shed, with concrete floor, it needs to be able to hold heat/cool pretty well, especially through winter, when the tin gets cold.We also need to be able to buy it in australia, and remember, CHEAP is key THakns
Protein- I would say Chicken fish Fiber, any whole grain , oatmeal cereal and Prunes are very very high in fiber
Oatmeal, apples, and oranges top the list for healthy fiber choices, while tuna, beans, and lean beef, chicken, or fish are excellent protein sources.
Beans have a lot of fiberEggs and nuts have a lot of protein.
High fiber specific Protein barsSome of them are actually good.
The key factor in this is how thick are the wall studsIf this shed is built with 2x4 sized boards the best you can get fairly cheap is fiberglass insulation in R-13 which is the same thickness as a 2x4If it was built with 2x6 boards use R-19With the R-19 you'll have to compress it slightly to fit.
