ABS motorcycle braking vs. Traction Control Braking?
Other than using a hideous, cheap, heavy solid tube or tire, there's nothing that's flat proof. If it has air in it, it can puncture. Like sno f and mtlbiker suggest, it's really a matter of tire choice. If you want to ride on cheap tires, you can plan on patching or replacing tubes frequently. It doesn't take long for a higher quality tire to pay for itself. There's no need to mess with slime; as you've discovered, it's not worth it.
There are thorn resistant tubes, which are heavier weight and less prone to puncture. Any regular bike shop should have those. As for tires, usually MTB tires are very puncture proof, so I've never seen extra strength tires or anything. Otherwise, just be careful about running over glass, nails or whatever. MTB tires are durable, but there are limits.

I don't think you'll find a product that will guarantee you NO FLATS however I do some cycling myself and someone recommended to me to use an old tube cut it down the centre and use that as an additional barrier in your tyre and new tube, perhaps you should try that. In addition be careful of your tyre pressure and ensure you have checked both the wheel and tyre for any objects that may be causing the puncture, the smallest piece of thorn, wire, glass etc will damage your tube causing a puncture. good luck
